One of the titles in a series of detailed topographic road maps of Madagascar from the country’s national survey organization, highlighting the country’s national parks and protected areas. The maps have relief shading and contours at intervals of 100m (200m where data is unreliable). Escarpments and cliffs are marked and colour/graphics are used to differentiate between different types of tropical forests, bush, mangrove, savanna, rice fields and cultivated land. National parks and protected areas are prominently marked.

Road network includes local tracks and indicates seasonal routes. Railway lines and local airports are also marked. Symbols show locations of ruins, mines, forest stations, churches, radio stations and many other useful features are included. The maps have a latitude and longitude grid at 30' intervals and a local grid at 50km intervals. Map legend is in French and Malagasy.
