Large touring map of the northern provinces of Norway, Sweden and Finland, extending over to Murmansk in Russia. Attractive, colourful relief shading with plenty of spot heights and peak names shows the topography of this interesting region, with marshland areas also marked.

The map covers an area known as Nordkalotten (Cap of the North): the Norwegian provinces of Nordland, Troms and Finnmark, Norrbotten province in Sweden and Lapplands (Lappi) province of Finland, plus the western part of the Murmansk Oblast in Russia.

Road network includes minor country roads (incorrectly designated in the English translation of the legend as "private" roads), indicating sections closed in winter and driving distances on main routes. Selected hiking paths are marked. Railways, local airfields and, along the Norwegian coast, ferry routes are also shown, as well as province borders and boundaries of national parks and other protected areas. Symbols highlight locations of campsites, youth hostels, open air swimming baths, waterfalls, churches, etc. The map has a latitude and longitude grid at intervals of 1? but no index. Map legend includes English.
