Durable, laminated map with tourist information and street plans - one of the many handy-sized Flexi Maps by this publisher, impressive for the amount of information packed in a small format. The main map incorporates subtle hill-shading to give an impression of the general relief, with selected peak heights indicated. Intermediate driving distances are marked (in miles) on selected routes. Major sea ferry connections are marked. District boundaries and national parks are marked and symbols denote landmarks and tourism features, eg. airports, beaches and various watersport/recreation sites, points of interest, visitor centres, hotels, nature reserves, golf courses, viewpoints, monuments, churches, etc. Two smaller maps at the same scale show the islands, Culebra and Vieques lying to the east, and Mona in the west. No latitude and longitude lines are marked.

On the reverse: street maps of Ponce City and Old San Juan at 1:16,500. Detail on these includes one-way streets, bus stations, notable buildings, hotels, churches, information centres, landmarks, museums, post offices, sites of interest. Another map at 1:100,000 depicts most of the greater San Juan area, showing main communications and district names.

The maps are indexed for towns, points of interest, districts, streets, hotels and public buildings, as appropriate for the scale and level of detail. Throughout the coverage 31 major attractions are highlighted and provided with brief descriptions.
